Recapping Pac-12 week 10 games including Washington’s huge win plus USC DC Alex Grinch fired

In this episode of the Podcast of Champions hosts Ryan Abraham and David Woods are back in studio recapping what was a full slate of week 10 games in the Pac-12 that featured Washington putting up over 50 points on USC in the Coliseum to keep their undefeated season and playoff hopes alive. Oregon, Utah and Arizona also made statements with decisive wins while Oregon State survived a trip to Boulder and Stanford notched another road win against a struggling Cougars squad.

The guys recap all of the action and reveal their latest Pac-12 Power rankings.

Just before the show went live the news broke that USC defensive coordinator Alex Grinch was fired by Lincoln Riley. Dave and Ryan give their reaction to the news right at the top of the show.

The featured game of the day did not showcase a lot of defense and ended up being a fun duel between Heisman Trophy candidates Caleb Williams and Michael Penix with plenty of run game support including Dillon Johnson’s 256 yards rushing and four touchdowns. The Ducks are playing the best football in the Pac-12 and throttled California in Eugene, Utah bounced back from their rough week by dismantling Arizona State, the Wildcats suffocated UCLA in Tucson with Gronk cheering U of A on, Colorado’s offense didn’t improve with a coordinator change and Oregon State held on for a win in Boulder and Stanford goes to Pullman and squeaked out a win against a struggling WSU squad.

As usual Ryan and Dave end the podcast answering listener emails and questions from the YouTube chat.
